A QUICK RECAP ON #SAYSOMETHINGPOSITIVE

Happy Wednesday everyone!

Hope you’re all feeling positive after getting the first half of the week out of the way! All downhill to the weekend from here!

I thought I’d give you a quick recap on our #saysomethingpositive campaign.

We’ve come a long way since the launch on 1st January.

We’ve had almost 500 mentions and our busiest day so far was 21st Jan (The Most Depressing Day of the Year), with 277 tweets alone.

We mustn’t lose momentum.

Changing people’s perceptions of our area is going to take much longer than one month – we’ve got decades of lazy assumptions to get rid of.

So we need you all to keep tweeting on your favourite things about North Staffs. There are 20 positive statements here if you need a hand.

We want tweets about your business, your band, your community, your school, even your football team. Or anything else you can think of which makes you love your area!

Hopefully we can change a few opinions and encourage more people to do business here and pay us a visit!

Ok, that’s it for now!

Have a good week team!
