The PR Guru

July 3, 2013

As many of you will be aware, at RSA we are heavily involved in Young Enterprise in North Staffs.

Richard has been on the Area Board since 2005 and is now the Chairman, working alongside the other board members to raise the profile of YE in the area, organise local YE events, and bring in more sponsors and volunteers.

At the moment, we’re working on something which combines all of those things – a wine-tasting event to thank all the hard-working YE volunteers for their support over the years.

Our guests will be a mixture of board members, business mentors, link teachers and occasional helpers. We really could not run the Company Programme and YE’s other programmes without the help of our volunteers, and like many charities we get bogged down in the day-to-day running and don’t thank them enough for giving up their time and effort.

Well that’s all about to change, and the wine-tasting will be the first of many social events for our volunteers.

It’s at The Mitchell Arts Centre, in Hanley, on Thursday 18th July, from 6pm.

While the event is primarily for our existing volunteers, we are always looking for more people to get involved, either as a business mentor, board member, or ad hoc supporter who pitches in at busy times of year.

So if you’d like to learn more about Young Enterprise, the Company Programme, and how you can come on board, you are more than welcome on the 18th.

Just let us know in advance, by ringing 01782 472035 or emailing Or you could fill in the handy contact form below.

Hope to see you there!
